Here´s the translation Barry,
It’s ironic that Bolivia, the richest country in South America in natural resources (petrol, gas, minerals) is the poorest on the continent. The social and economic backwardness are visible as soon as you enter the country. The indigenous population represents approximately 49.95% of the total population and most live in the rural (73.20%) areas of Bolivia. Unfortunately, most of these ethnic groups live in pitiful conditions: lack of hygiene, poor nutrition, temporary work and very often without any accommodation.
